March will be my second month of blogging, and what better theme to follow for this month than National Craft Month?! I have to say that I selfishly believe this month was created especially for me. 😉
I am so excited to spend the next 4 weeks sharing a collection of DIYs that have been burning a hole in my pinterest pocket – I made it myself (link to my pinterest board); from lettering to home décor projects. If you’re feeling crafty and want to follow any of my tutorials, I’ll be sharing prices, supplies and everything you’ll need to do these projects – I swear, it’s easier than most people think.
Always remember, don’t doubt your creative ability. There are so many ideas out there and great bloggers like the below who make it easy for people like you to get those creative juices flowin’ and find a new hobby or project! So in honor of craft month, I’ve put together a list of four of my favorite online creatives that have truly perfected their craft and a few of my favorite projects. I’ve never seen a blog find so many different ways to use balloons, and I like it! Spend ten seconds on this page and you’ll be seeing rainbow for the rest of the day!
2. Mr. Kate
If you don’t follow her on Snapchat or instagram, you’re missing out. Kate shares interior design adventures, DIYs (mostly home related) and makes it all look easy! Peep this awesome tufted bench. O_O YAS, to that velvet.
3. Laura Hooper Calligraphy
Not only did she spark my love for calligraphy, the gal can really create beautiful work for her clients. Check her out for any tips on calligraphy, kits, and everything lettering related!
4. P.S. I Made This
One of the first Pinterest DIYers that I ever came across. I’ve followed quite a few of Erica’s DIY tutorials. She just makes it so simple and easy to follow!
