Check out these beautiful rose gold save the dates from my most recent project. Love the way the rose gold really catches the light – the photos don’t do them justice. 😉
Choosing a color scheme for your save the dates can be the first step in helping you choose an overall scheme for your wedding! People often have trouble choosing colors, flowers and other decor items with all the hustle and bustle of planning a wedding!
Here are just a four overall decor inspiration themes that would fit in quite well with the rose gold and natural kraft look we have going in these save the dates.
1. A Beachy Chic Wedding
The natural sand coloring and contrasts of blue and white shells would compliment rose gold. Hints of it can be added in silverware or centerpieces.
2. Divine Desert Decor
Similarly with the sand inspiration obvious in the beachy chic design, rose gold and natural kraft can work wonderfully in a desert-inspired wedding. Pastel bridesmaid dresses, pink and peach flowers and warm sunsets make the perfect combination.
3. Gorgeous Garden Affair
Pale pink garden roses and ornate plating create a one of a kind garden party. Rose gold would naturally compliment this look, while also leaving room for wood welcome signs, and table numbers of the same metallic.
4. Tropical Vibes
Aloha! The deep greenery indicative of a tropical wedding just begs for a delicate metallic. Either gold or rose gold can help add a touch of interest to your invitations, save the dates, signage and place cards. And if you’re a gal like me (a personal fan of rose gold jewelry), adding in a touch of rose gold jewelry for your bridesmaids or into your own outfit can be a great tie in!
If you LOVE these save the date envelopes as much as I do, then shoot me a message and I’d be happy to help create them for you – Hand-addressed envelopes are one of my specialties! I can also incorporate the rose gold into a few other items for your event, like these beautiful hand lettered gift bags. Perfect for your bridal party gifts or mother of the bride presents. 🙂
Other metallics are available if rose gold is not your thing – silver and traditional gold are also a great option!
